Ellen Fremedon is line 3b of _Beowulf_, and the name under which I conduct my fannish life. Quite a bit of my offline life has crept into this journal over the years (years! has it really been years?), and I think it's too late for me to untwine the two enough to maintain separate fannish and RL journals.

My fannishness, while we're on the subject, often takes the form of explicit male/male erotica. It shows up in this journal. Just so's you know.

My friends-list policy is 'never apologize, never explain'- I add journals I enjoy reading. I prune journals when I don't have time to read them, or if my interests and the writer's have diverged widely. I don't reciprocally add everyone who friends me, particularly in Harry Potter fandom, which is so lj-saturated that it's hard for anyone to sneeze without the news traversing the blogosphere. So, don't take it personally if I should add or remove your journal.
